Spring / Fall Clean Up

In the Spring we pick up any leftover trash from the winter months, sticks, and leaf clean up if it is needed. In the Fall we offer a leaf clean up and haul away

Mulch - Clean up garden beds and add new mulch

Hedge Trimming  -Spring and Fall trimming of bushes and hedges around the properties

Aeration / Seeding

We offer Spring and/or Fall Aeration

Overseeding - done in the Late Summer or Early Fall after Aeration has been completed.

Spring overseeding is provided but with extreme temperature swings and chance of bigger rainfalls, this may damage or run off a lot of the seed and prevent it from germinating.

We highly recommend going with Fall if you have an irrigation system.

Snow Removal / Ice Managment

We offer 24/7 snow removal service for your property. This will include cleaning off driveways, entrance ways, parking lots, sidewalks, and stairs.

If salt is included in package, all driveways, parking lots, sidewalks, and stairs will have salt spread after clearing of snow.
